The Louisville Urban League is looking for 25 Teenagers with a parent or legal guardian to participate in a new health and wellness program and reality show.

 

Project Wellness – Get Fit Louisville will follow a group of teens and their parent as they participate in 10 Saturday sessions. Those selected to participate must be willing to: attend each session; agree to be photographed and videotaped; be physically able to participate in the competitions; have a health and wellness reason for wanting to participate; participate in health screenings and evaluations with partnering medical professionals at the beginning and end of the program.

 

The 10 sessions will be held on Saturdays from 9AM-12PM on the following dates:
August 17 & 24, September 7 & 21, October 5 & 19, November 2 & 16, December 7 & 14.

 

Participants will compete for prizes and incentives which may include tablet computers, gift cards, sports and fitness equipment, cash, and more.
