It Starts With Me!
Community Health Program

LUL recognizes there are many services, initiatives, and organizations doing good work, but they are not reaching many of the people who need them. “It starts with me!” is the missing connector; making it easier for individuals and their families to access the services they need to live healthier, happier, lifestyles.

Louisville Youth Network!
Do You Need Help Getting Connected?

The Louisville Youth Network connects people ages 16-24 with the resources they want: job, school, money management, challenges, or future plans. To get started call 502-230-2028 or complete the “Connect to Resources” form at louisvilleyouthnetwork.org.

Community Self-Care Program

The Community Self-Care Program gives Black people spaces to find rest, process life, and increase their self-care. Self-care is essential for people that go through consistent stress and trauma. For Black people, this means that self-care is mandatory.

We have considered gaps that keep us from slowing down and making space for ourselves. Our events and wellness groups offer free childcare, self-care products and tools, discounted self-care services, and increased access to how WE heal. Let’s begin to talk and heal together.

Support

The Louisville Urban League is supporting many of our neighbors with direct financial assistance during this difficult time. If you would like to help those who have been impacted in some way by this global pandemic, please consider making a contribution to our COVID-19 Relief Fund. Donations will help with food, housing, utilities, and other needs that families have. Click HERE to give.
