The nine monthly sessions are divided into three core areas: Personal Mastery, Relationship Mastery, and Business Mastery. Programming includes readings, film studies, dialogue, discussion and analysis, experiential exercises related to the workplace, and practical tools participants can use at work with their teams. ULAS offers participants the opportunity to self-initiate a mentoring/coaching relationship with an accomplished African American executive.
Companies may select one or two emerging high potentials to participate. The tuition is $4.750.00 per participant and includes all coaching, retreat expenses, reading materials, classroom and licensed materials. Participating companies share in the hosting of a meeting at a location of their choice which includes providing breakfast and lunch. Many companies choose to host at their worksite. The next ULAS session will begin in March 2017 and we highly encourage to register early as the class is limited to only 15 participants.
