LHOME has a number of loan products available for themselves and also for their clients through LHOME. The emerging emergency product is especially important.
- $15,000 loan – Nonprofits can receive business loans from LHOME: Current product is up to $15,000, 36 months, 7.5% interest. No personal guarantees – they use collateral to secure it.
- $30,000 emergency loan – An emergency COVID-19 loan pool is being formed that nonprofits should be eligible for, especially those nonprofits with some for-profit activities. It will be administered by LHOME and the conversation now is lending up to $30,000 at 0% interest, payback starting 6-12 months after loan. Not forgivable, but interest free.
