On Monday, June 12, 2023, our attorney filed a motion to dismiss the complaint filed by former Louisville Urban League CEO Dr. Kish Cumi Price. As explained in detail in our motion, Dr. Price’s allegations do not – and cannot – state a viable claim, and her Complaint should be dismissed. We look forward to the opportunity to highlight the deficiencies in her legal theories to our Judge. Despite the specious, baseless narrative in Dr. Price’s Complaint, we remain dedicated to the important work in our community. Our mission, vision, and values endure even in the face of this litigation.
