Today our attorneys argued our motion to dismiss the complaint filed by former Louisville Urban League CEO Dr. Kish Cumi Price. They reiterated Dr. Price’s allegations do not – and cannot – state a viable claim, highlighting the deficiencies in her legal theories to our Judge. Despite the inflammatory verbiage and baseless narrative in Dr. Price’s Complaint, we remain dedicated to our important work in our community. Our mission, vision, and values will endure. The work never stops. The impact only grows.
