  Follow-up on lessons learned on 6/7 and digital literacy as an overview for the rest of the program. Finalizing business plan. Overview of digital literacy.

  An in-depth overview of how to use WordPress website and learn how the back-end functions of WordPress function enhance website development.
• June 15 th 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM ET Instructor: Jose
  Introduction to customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Learn how to manage email campaigns, automated email sequencing, and monitor user activities within WordPress dashboard.

  Introduction to Google Analytics, SEO foundations, and how website trafficking works. Participants will be directed to the beginning certification program.
