Parents and Guardians, join us for a 6 week Parent Leadership Academy (PLA) this spring! Sessions begin Tuesday, March 28th, last session Tuesday, May 9 at Crums Lane Elementary, 3212 Crums Lane.

Even great parents need help sometimes! Join other Jefferson County Parents for the Louisville Urban League’s free six-week Parent Leadership Academy and get answers to your questions. PLA provides an opportunity for you to:
> network with other parents
> learn about changes in the education system and gain skills for advocating for your child
> gain confidence more you’re making the best decisions
> find out if your child is on grade level
> interact with staff for better results
> learn what to ask during parent teacher meeting

*This session will focus on parents/guardians of elementary school children*
