Louisville Urban League presents Workforce Wednesdays.
In 60 minutes, develop the critical skills that can enhance your career, enrich relationships and sharpen your leadership capacities.
Led by the region’s top corporate recruiters, skilled human resources professionals, life skills and leadership coaches, CEOs, and Meyers Briggs certified trainers, Workforce Wednesday workshop topics include interviewing skills, communication skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, adaptability, problem-solving, workplace ethics, self-awareness, and more.

Mike’s Quick Bio:
Mike Kelley is first vice president and information security officer on the Corporate Cyber Security team at Truist Financial Corporation and has been with Truist for almost 14 years. As a member of the Information Security Officer Team, Mike is a liaison to the corporate lines of business responsible for aligning security initiatives while ensuring information assets and technologies are protected. Mike also helps educate clients on the latest cyber threat trends and best practices to mitigate risks. Mike has an MBA with a concentration in financial crime & fraud management along with certificates in Cyber Security from the University of Washington EdX.
Christine Smith is a Cybersecurity Program Lead Strategist for Truist Financial Corporation. She oversees the client
cybersecurity education program.
Christine has developed marketing campaigns to empower clients with knowledge of cybersecurity best practices since
being named to this position in 2016. She has also served as a communications strategist for Truist, training employees
and executing awareness campaigns, while empowering her colleagues to create a security-minded culture.
She’s passionate about arts and culture. Christine currently serves in various capacities with local arts organizations and
affinity groups. She earned a B.A. in Communication Arts from Johnson C. Smith University. Christine is a member of the
Charlotte (NC) Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. When she isn’t working, Smith enjoys reading, writing,
and photography.
