Kentuckiana Builds helps you get the skills to thrive in Louisville’s building and infrastructure boom.
Kentuckiana Builds can prepare you for a quality profession like electrician, carpenter, fiber optic installer, welder and many more. We can equip you with the hands-on skills you’ll need for the job and connect you to local employers who are hiring.
To be eligible to receive training through Kentuckiana Builds you must:
- be 18 years of age or older
- be eligible to work in the United States
- have a state-issued ID
- have a high school diploma or GED
- selective service registration (males only)

STEP 1. ORIENTATION VIDEO
Watch the KY Builds orientation video (if video will not play, click here). Once you have completed orientation, you can complete the initial application in Step 2.
STEP 2. SIGN UP
After watching the orientation video, complete the form below to sign up for the next class. Completing the form DOES NOT guarantee you a place in the next class. It does add your name to the interested list. All interested persons will be processed in the order they are received.
