Urban Seniors Jobs Program

The Urban Seniors Jobs Program (USJP) provides subsidized, service-based training for low-income persons 55 or older. Participants receive community service and work-based paid training to upgrade their current skills for re-entry into the workplace.

Our program includes FREE advanced education, computer classes, digital literacy, and job placement.

The National Urban League Urban Seniors Jobs Program is (90%) funded by the US Dept of Labor. The total value of the grant is $15,427,242.32 of which $13,884,517.99 is federally funded and $1,542,724.33 (10%) is from non-federal funding.
