Project Ready
Helping Students Successfully Transition From High School to College
Project Ready is the Louisville Urban League Education & Empowerment team’s signature out-of-school-time program for students in grades 9 – 12. Over the course of a year, students will be prepared to successfully transition from high school to college by completing college coaching assessments, practicing professional skills, and exploring college options. Each Project Ready participant is required to participate in our intensive tutoring program as well.
The Project Ready curriculum is guided by the participant’s Individual College Development Plan (ICDP). The development of valuable interpersonal, life, communication, and leadership skills that are taught during Project Ready equip our participants with the ability to be resilient and find success in their academic and professional pursuits.
