Careers

With a variety of roles across healthcare disciplines, there’s an opportunity here for anyone who values integrity, teamwork, and caring for others. You’ll find real meaning and purpose in the work you do and will appreciate your teammates.

The nursing profession focuses on caring for individuals, families, and communities to promote health, prevent illness, and provide treatment. Nursing requires clinical skills, compassion, and critical thinking to ensure quality patient care.

Respiratory Therapists specialize in treating patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions. They work with doctors and nurses in hospitals, clinics, and home care settings to improve patients’ breathing and overall lung function.

Radiology Technicians are medical specialists in the diagnostic imaging field who use X-ray technology to create images of the body’s internal structures. They interpret images to detect conditions like fractures, tumors, and infections, playing a crucial role in modern healthcare by aiding in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Pharmacy Technicians assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing customer service. They also handle administrative tasks such as processing prescriptions, insurance claims, and maintaining patient records, playing a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations and patient care.

Patient Care Associates provide basic patient care and support, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes in patient condition to nurses and physicians. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, patient mobility assistance, assisting in procedures, and patient transportation. This is a great pathway into the nursing field as it provides direct patient care under the direction of licensed nursing staff in a hospital facility.

Laboratory Technicians perform tests on bodily fluids and tissues to help doctors diagnose and treat diseases. They also ensure the patient receives compatible blood by completing blood typing, antibody screening, and compatibility testing. Key responsibilities include preparing samples, performing tests, operating equipment, and maintaining records.
