Description

There is a one-time enrollment fee for Homeownership Counseling. Credit report fees are charged each time a new credit report is obtained. If you are inactive for 1 year, you will be required to re-apply and assess a new fee and retake the FIT group, education class.
Note: All fees are non-refundable. Do not pay any fee until after attending Financially In Tune (FIT) class.
