Groundbreaking for the Richmond

You’re invited to the groundbreaking ceremony for The Richmond Apartments, hosted by the Louisville Urban League and Rebound, Inc. In December of 2023, the Louisville Urban League and ReBOUND, Inc. proudly announced the naming of “The Richmond” as a symbolic recognition of Mr. Richmond’s tireless commitment to affordable housing, the West End community, the Urban League Movement, and Black communities worldwide.
We will break ground on this fantastic multi-family affordable housing complex and innovative concept at 1622 W. Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky, on Monday, July 15, at 10 AM. We hope that you will join us.Â
