RENTAL FEES and RULES

The Louisville Urban League allows some community groups, funding sources, corporate supporters, and non-profits to use its facility on a rental basis to facilitate positive actions, activities, and change in our community in line with the mission of the League.

Rental of Louisville Urban League Community Room or other areas of the facility is $40 – $65 per hour with a two (2) hours minimum. Rentals for Saturday, Sunday, or before 8:30 AM or after 5:00 PM on weekdays are for a four (4) hours minimum. Rental time includes set up time as well as cleanup time. All rental fees include the use of the designated room(s), tables and chairs. All rental fees must be paid prior to commencement of the event.

The main parking lot is located in the front of the building. Additional parking is located in the Urban League parking lot behind the building.

We do not rent rooms for social events (birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, etc.), product marketing, or merchandise sales, or sales promotions. We do not rent rooms to persons or groups for political purposes. The sale of products and services by renter, invitees of renter, or event attendees is prohibited without prior written approval of the Louisville Urban League.

Renters may not sublet the use of the facilities to others, charge admissions, or charge other fees to event attendees. The use or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons of any type is strictly prohibited in the Urban League facility.

A limited amount of food and/or drink may be brought into the Community Room or other areas of the facility, but only on a case-by-case basis with prior written consent. Catered meals for large groups will require additional costs for cleaning.

Renter is responsible for all damages to room and equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse any person and/or group the use of space at the Urban League. To request a room, please complete and submit the form below.
