Despite strides made towards equality in the workplace, women still remain underrepresented in a number of professions. But why does that matter? 89.3 WFPL News Director Erica Peterson will lead a discussion on women in traditionally male-dominated fields. They’ll discuss their experiences in the workplace, as well as the value of having adequate representation of women in fields like art, tech and politics.
