Louisville Urban League presents Workforce Wednesdays.
In 60 minutes, develop the critical skills that can enhance your career, enrich relationships and sharpen your leadership capacities.

Led by the region’s top corporate recruiters, skilled human resources professionals, life skills and leadership coaches, CEOs, and Meyers Briggs certified trainers, Workforce Wednesday workshop topics include interviewing skills, communication skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, adaptability, problem-solving, workplace ethics, self-awareness, and more.

Workforce Wednesdays are offered on the first and third Wednesdays of every month from noon to 1:00 p.m.  Please register by getting your FREE ticket below. On the day of the event, sign in early.  Sure–bring your lunch!

Meet the Presenter: Kiya Stewart, Director of Career Development at Northwestern Mutual

As a Southern Indiana native, Kiya received a BA in Communications from Indiana University East with a focus on strategic marketing. After 3 years in the marketing field, she realized her passion was to spend less time designing ads and more time helping people. At the beginning of 2020, she stepped into her new role with Northwestern Mutual as the Director of Career Development. Her mission is to help maintain the culture of the Louisville office by bringing on new financial advisors and building an incredible internship for our local students.
