Music For A Purpose: Kevin Harris

Music for a Purpose, founded by accomplished violinist Julia Cash, is a concert series led by musicians committed to using music to raise awareness and funds for important causes. We are excited to announce that the Louisville Urban League has been selected as one of the beneficiaries for the fourth season of Music for a Purpose.

IMPACT Luncheon

The Louisville Urban League presents a formal report of its activities to the community at its Annual Report Luncheon held in December of each year. The luncheon, which traditionally reaches full-capacity seating, also features a dynamic keynote guest speaker.

LUL Derby Gala

Since 1920, the League has assisted Black people and other marginalized populations in attaining social and economic equality through direct services and advocacy. State of Black Louisville

The State of Black Louisville report is a highly-anticipated publication–a collection of essays from engaged stakeholders around the city–showing how African Americans in Louisville are doing – in jobs, justice, education, health, and housing. It offers benchmarks and sources for thought leadership around both the improvements and disparities that African Americans face in these areas.
