Community Outreach Connectors

The Louisville Urban League is seeking skilled professionals to serve as Community Outreach Connectors for its Zones of Hope (ZOH) initiative. ZOH seeks to improve access to education and employment for African American males between the ages of 16 and 27.
Dynamic leaders with proven experience in community organizing, case management, and/or care coordination are encouraged to apply. This position requires some non-traditional hours and works closely with community members to assess their strengths and aspirations connecting them with partnering community organizations to achieve their personal goals.
