Homebuyer’s Club is currently being sponsored by PNC Bank. Louisville Urban League with the help of local sponsors offers Homebuyer’s Clubs to families that have a desire to become homeowners, but need to be educated on the home buying process. Homebuyer’s Club is composed of four sessions, three hours nightly. The clubs are taught by HUD- certified housing counselors and industry specialist in the fields of mortgage lending, home insurance, and home inspectors to teach you the ins and outs of the home buying process. The clubs are held over a two-week period of time and occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. Sessions are held every other month throughout the calendar year beginning in January.
