Gov. Andy Beshear announced Wednesday that coronavirus testing sites would soon open in cities including Louisville, Lexington and Bowling Green.
Gov. Andy Beshear announced a number of new drive-thru coronavirus testing locations across Kentucky, saying the new sites represent the “single largest testing commitment” the state has made.
Beshear noted that the Kroger locations will be open to all who want a test.
Louisville
Where:Â Shawnee Park, 4501 W. Broadway
When:Â 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. starting Monday, April 27. Will run for two weeks.
Eligibility: Open to all who sign up at krogerhealth.com/covidtesting.
Hand sanitizer and face masks will be given to those receiving tests at this location.
Lexington
Where:Â Bluegrass Community and Technical College, 500 Newtown Pike
When:Â 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. starting Monday, April 27. Will run for two weeks.

When: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week starting April 24
Eligibility: Health care workers and first responders with or without symptoms; people 18 and older with symptoms. Register at walgreens.com/coronavirus.
