On behalf of Anthony Smith of Cities United and the Louisville Urban League, I’d like to invite you to a meeting on October 11 at the League to discuss the potential for developing a comprehensive strategic plan for community safety.

This meeting aims to bring together community members and organizations doing the work of violence intervention, youth programming, and community building to discuss how we can better align to create a safer and more vibrant community. We have successfully taken this approach with other parts of the Path and believe there is an excellent opportunity to achieve similar success in this area.
