Youth Programs Orientation

Before enrolling in Intensive Tutoring, ACT Prep Classes, or any other Youth Development program at the Louisville Urban League, we want to make sure you are fully aware of things work. Take a moment and watch the brief orientation video to learn more about the program benefits you receive and any responsibilities you may have as a family.

Watch the Youth Programs orientation video (if the video will not play, click here). Once you have completed orientation, you can complete the form to start your enrollment process.

Start Enrollment

Now that you have completed the orientation video above, please review our eligibility requirements at lul.org/education/tutoring, and if you are ready to enroll your student(s), simply enter your information in the form to start the process. After submitting your name and email, you will immediately receive an email with your next steps.

Complete the application form in full. Please provide your student’s name and other necessary information.

2.

Complete a JCPS Data Sharing Agreement for each child. This allows JCPS to share data with us so that we can track your student’s progress.

3.

Review your Tutoring Contract. You must complete this for the Louisville Urban League to begin payment to your tutoring services.

4.

Schedule appointments for the specific tutoring service your student(s) will be using.
