Diversity Practitioners as Change Agents
April 22 @ 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM EDT
The success of the Urban League’s work in our community relies on environments where diversity, equity, and inclusion thrive. Over the last two years, we have seen an aggressive contraction of those efforts in our education and corporate communities. To combat the regression and strengthen those committed to the work, the Louisville Urban League is partnering with GLI to host an event that will be pivotal in promoting these values and would greatly benefit from your support.
On April 22 and 23, we will gather for two impactful programs featuring renowned diversity advocate Valerie Irick Rainford. These programs aim to bring together leaders, practitioners, and CEOs across the greater Louisville community to address critical issues related to DEI and offer tangible solutions for companies that want to do the work.
Organized and hosted by LUL in partnership with the University of Louisville, GLI, and sponsored in part by SMC, the April 22 dinner will focus on diversity practitioners and allow leaders in the field to learn from our speaker, share, and think about strategies for advancing the work.
