How do I prepare for my COVID-19 test?

  • Register for a test at https://bit.ly/2zyVbsU or call (502) 861-4600, option 1.
  • If registering online, enter “Covid test” as the reason for your visit.
  • You do not need to enter your insurance information, as the test will not be billed. You may skip this screen.
  • Each person with you who wishes to be tested will need to be scheduled and registered for their own appointment. (Example: If you have a family of four in your vehicle, all four must be scheduled and registered.)

What should I bring?

  • Any photo ID.

What should I expect when I arrive?

  • If you are coming by vehicle, you must remain in your vehicle at all times.
  • Volunteers will guide people walking up and vehicles through the process. Please follow the instructions and signs.
  • Please note that media will be invited and may attend the testing event.

How long does it take to get my results?

  • You should receive results in three to five days.

How will I receive my results?

  • Having a free MyNortonChart account is the fastest way to get your results. Your results will be posted to your MyNortonChart account. You also will be called you if your test result is positive. If your test result is negative, you will receive a letter at your home address. If you do not have a MyNortonChart account, sign up at NortonHealthcare.com/MyNortonChart.

Is there a charge or will I be billed for my COVID test?

  • You will not be charged for the test.
