We’re throwing a baby shower for you! Humana Healthy Horizons® in Kentucky is here to offer a little help along the way.

Come join us for snacks and refreshments, plus get free baby items and get a chance to meet community resources and doula providers. We’ll also provide useful information on things like:

• Creating good health habits during (and after) pregnancy
• Car seat safety
• Using a breast pump and breastfeeding
• Infant and early childhood growth
