Our theme this year is GROWTH. From birth to death we never stop growing, but the culture around us often defines how we grow and what we become. We believe there are a key ideas that need further exploration, that will allow us to grow in our understanding of those around us as well as our surroundings . Cultural competency, community and creation are our three C’s of Growth. Through creative ideas and a strong sense of community we can grow a better world where every culture is accepted for who they are. The purpose of TEDxUofL 2017 is to explore, explain, and expose the importance of growth through a series of short presentations by speakers from many different fields of study.
