Recognizing the gap in African American male executives among Louisville’s corporate brass, the Louisville Urban League partnered with SOAR to launch the Urban Leadership Alliance Seminar.

ULAS is the premier leadership development program for large and medium-sized Louisville corporations seeking to accelerate the careers of high potential African American men and to successfully travel the pathway to senior leadership. Since 2013 Louisville companies such as LG&E/KU, UPS, Ford Motor Co., Anthem, Norton Healthcare, Horseshoe Southern Indiana, KentuckyOne Health System, University of Louisville, Kroger, and Humana have chosen ULAS to accelerate the careers of African American men.

For the first time, we are inviting all program graduates, corporations, and potential participants to join us to network and celebrate the value of the ULAS program. Many program participants have been promoted within their corporation after participating in the ULAS.

Please join Sadiqa Reynolds, President and CEO of the Louisville Urban League, Mayor Greg Fischer, SOAR leadership team, ULAS graduates and corporate executives from various business sectors across Metro on Tuesday, February 7th at 5:30pm in the Mayors Rotunda to network and learn how you can get involved in the ULAS program.
