Louisville Urban League presents Workforce Wednesdays.
In 60 minutes, develop the critical skills that can enhance your career, enrich relationships and sharpen your leadership capacities.

Led by the region’s top corporate recruiters, skilled human resources professionals, life skills and leadership coaches, CEOs, and Meyers Briggs certified trainers, Workforce Wednesday workshop topics include interviewing skills, communication skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, adaptability, problem-solving, workplace ethics, self-awareness, and more.

Workforce Wednesdays are offered on the first and third Wednesdays of every month from noon to 1:00 p.m.  Please register by getting your FREE ticket below. On the day of the event, sign in early.  Sure–bring your lunch!

Meet Joseph Franklin – Senior Technology Recruiter, TEKSystems
Understanding and Preparing for Predictive Index Assessments

Joseph Franklin is a Sr. Technology Recruiter for TEKsystems, a technology solution provider that partners with over 80% of Fortune 500 companies. He is originally from Chicago, Illinois and an alumnus of Kentucky State University (KSU). At KSU, Joseph joined the Kentucky Army National Guard along with served as Student Body President / Student Regent. Upon graduation and the conclusion of his military career, he landed his role as a technology recruiter with TEKsystems. There he has been able to help enterprise organizations find top talent to lead them through the digital revolution.

Joseph has also been extensively trained in the fields of human capital management, diversity & inclusion, and workforce development. He is passionate about helping individuals find opportunities that showcase their unique abilities and works diligently with stakeholders within organizations to land talent that will further energize their work environment.
