Louisville Urban League presents Workforce Wednesdays.
In 60 minutes, develop the critical skills that can enhance your career, enrich relationships and sharpen your leadership capacities.

Led by the region’s top corporate recruiters, skilled human resources professionals, life skills and leadership coaches, CEOs, and Meyers Briggs certified trainers, Workforce Wednesday workshop topics include interviewing skills, communication skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, adaptability, problem-solving, workplace ethics, self-awareness, and more.

Workforce Wednesdays are offered on the first and third Wednesdays of every month from noon to 1:00 p.m.  Please register by getting your FREE ticket below. On the day of the event, sign in early.  Sure–bring your lunch!

Meet Danita Taylor, Founder and CEO, Leadershift Coaching

Danita Taylor, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources by Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), is also Founder and CEO of LeaderShift Coaching, a life and leadership coaching and consulting company focused on helping leaders shift from where they are now to where they want to be. In addition, Danita teaches leadership courses for professional development at the University of Louisville and Kentucky Community and Technical College Systems. She has also spoken on various leadership topics including DISC and Conflict Resolution for organizations such as Associate for Talent Development (ATD) Kentuckiana and Heart of Kentucky SHRM for their monthly chapter meetings.

Danita also serves as a board member for the Louisville Society of Human Resources Management (LSHRM) where she is chair of the Careers Advancement Program. This program is designed to give leaders the tools needed for advancing their careers.
