The Louisville Urban League Young Professionals is governed by an Executive Leadership Team (ELT). elected to one-year term by the general dues paid membership. In addition to the six members of the Executive Leadership Team, LULYP operates with eight standing committees that work in together to bring young professionals a variety of social and professional engagement.
