District 4 Metro Councilwoman Barbara Sexton Smith will host a community meeting regarding the proposed liquor license at 1821 W. Broadway on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, 6:30-7:30 pm. This will be an opportunity to voice opposition or support. Any person, association, corporation, or body politic may protest or support the granting of the license(s) by writing the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 1003 Twilight Trail, Frankfort, Ky. 40601-8400, within 30 days of the date of the legal publication. Your letters are due in Frankfort by November 2. The community meeting will be held at the Louisville Urban League, located at 1535 W Broadway.
