The Affordable Housing Trust Fund, First Financial Foundation, and the Louisville Urban League have partnered together to offer the Home Owner’s Loan Assistance Program (HOLAP). HOLAP will provide home improvement loans to eligible borrowers.

Note: All fees are non-refundable. Do not pay any fee until after attending Financially In Tune (FIT) class.
